Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 and recommendation of dividend, if any for the year 2010-2011.
