Poddar Pigments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2011, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011 and also to consider recommendation of Final Dividend for the year 2010-11.
