Magma Fincorp Ltd: Updates on Board Meeting on May 23, 2011
With reference to earlier announcement dated May 20, 2011 regarding Board Meeting on May 23, 2011, Magma Fincorp Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board will also consider a proposed issue of Equity Shares on Preferential basis.
