Ashirwad Capital Ltd: Board recommends Final Dividend
Ashirwad Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2011, inter alia, has proposed Final Dividend of Re. 0.05 (5%) on 40000000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each amounting to Rs. 20 Lacs.
