Remi Process Plant & Machinery Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, after being approved at a Board Meeting to be held during the last week of May, 2011.
Hence, the Company will not be publishing quarterly unauditied financial results for the quarter January to March, 2011, on or before May 15, 2011.
