NRC Ltd has informed BSE that the COmpany has received consent / permission for holding the Financial Accounting Year of 18 monts i.e. October 01, 2009 to March 31, 2011 and also the consent / permission for holding the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Company by 3 monhts i.e. upto September 16, 2011.
