Prism Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has exercised option to submit and publish Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011 within sixty days from the end of the financial year instead of submitting the Unaudited Quarterly Result for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
