Eimco Elecon (India) Ltd: Board recommends Dividend
Eimco Elecon (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 40% (Rs. 4 per shares of Rs 10/- each ) for the year 2010-11.
