Reliance Infrastructure Ltd: Appointment of Additional Director
Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that Shri R R Rai, nominated by Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 10, 2011, on completion of the tenure of its earlier nominee Shri V R Galkar on the Board of the Company.
