Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd: Board recommends dividend

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.90 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
