Edserv Softsystems Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish Audited Quarterly Results for the three months period ended March 31, 2011 as well as Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2011, before May 30, 2011. Hence provisional Unaudited Quarterly Financial Statements will not be published before May 15, 2011.
