Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd: Adjourned Board Meeting on May 12, 2011
Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd has informed BSE that the adjourned Board Meeting of the Company dated April 26, 2011 will be held on May 12, 2011, to receive, discuss and review the Scheme of Arrangement for restructuring by way of merger/demerger, of the Company as recommended by Special Committee of Directors in terms of the decision taken at the Board meeting held on April 15, 2011.
