Warren Tea Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish/submit audited results for the year ended March 31, 2011 within two months from the close of the said financial year. Accordingly, the Company's results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011, are not being published/given to the Stock Exchanges.
