Binani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into an Agreement with Media Magix for Media Releases, Media Scheduling and Tracking, Booking of Media space and Advertisement and publicity with effect from April 01, 2011 till March 31, 2013 for the Braj Binani Group. Media Magix is an advertising arm of Asian Industry & Information Services Pvt. Ltd, 13 J N Heredia Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400001.
Further the Company has informed that, Media Magix is neither holding and Shares in the Company nor any nominee of Media Magix are on the Board of the Company or is having any management control in the Company.
