Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will take on record and publish the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and the year ended on March 31, 2011 within sixty days from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2011. Hence, we will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
