Spanco Ltd: Letter of Intent (LOI) for introduction of e-Governance in Transport Department (Non-commercial wing) Punjab amounting to Rs. 61 Crores (approx.)

Spanco Ltd has informed BSE that the Company (as lead partner) in consortium with Smart Chip Ltd (as consortium partner), has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) in respect of introduction of e-Governance in Transport Department (Non-Commercial wing), Punjab, for a period of five years.

The order value is amounting to Rs. 61 crores (approx.).
