Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2011, inter alia, allotted and issued 7,500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by Non-executive Independent Directors under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008 of the Company.
