Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the audited results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 within a period of 60 days from the end of financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2011. Hence, the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the fourth Quarter ended March 31, 2011, will not be published.
