With reference to earlier announcements, Nestle India Ltd has now informed BSE that the declaration of Interim Dividend for 2011, if any, will now be considered at the Board Meeting scheduled on April 19, 2011 instead of April 21, 2011. However, there is no change in the schedule for declaration of unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 on April 21, 2011.
Further the Company has informed that the Book Closure date from April 26, 2011 to April 27, 2011 for the purpose of Annual Closing; and for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for final dividend, 2010 and interim dividend 2011, if any, as informed earlier vide Company's communication dated April 11, 2011 remains unchanged.Read More
