Krypton Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2011, inter alia, have reviewed the status of the Rights Issue and decided to extend the closing date for Rights Issue from April 18, 2011 to April 28, 2011.
