Satyam Computer Services Ltd: Grant of Stock Options
Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that Company has granted 4,790,000 equity inked options and 550,000 ADS linked options. The vesting of these options shall spread over a period of 1 to 4 years. The vested options shall expire after 5 years from the date of each vesting.
