Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Directors has allotted 23,932 equity shares under stock option plans of the Company, through its circular resolution dated March 10, 2011.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,176,541,821 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,353,083,642.00 to 1,176,565,753 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,353,131,506.00.
