NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that CRISIL has assigned a credit Rating of "AA/Stable & P1+" to the Company which indicates a High Degree of Safety with regard to timely payment of interest and principal on the instrument.
The rating has been assigned by CRISIL for Cash Credit Limit of Rupees 61 crores and Letter for Credit for Rupees 54 crores respectively for the bank facilities of NIIT Technologies Ltd.
