ABG Infralogistics Ltd: Board declares Interim Dividend
ABG Infralogistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2011, inter alia, approved and declared interim dividend for the financial year 2010-11 @ Rs. 5 per share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. @ 50% to the equity shareholders.
