Zuari Forex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2011, for considering a proposal of Amalgamation with M/s. Phoenix Township Ltd. and all matters related and Incidental thereto, subject to such approvals as may be required.
