Aroni Commercials Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2011, Mr. Ashish Mohta is appointed as an Independent Director of the Company and Mr. Rajnikant M. Khalpada an independent Director of the Company have resigned as an independent Director of the Company.
