1. Approved the Notice for conducting Postal Ballot u/s 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for passing resolution u/s 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956
2. Appointed Scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot.
3. Appointed Mr. S. Krishna Kumar as Alternate Director who would substitute Mrs. Uma Karthikeyan.
