Polyplex Corporation Ltd: Sale of Shares

Polyplex Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Polyplex (Asia) Pte, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has, as of March 11, 2011, sold an additional 64 million shares (amounting to 8% stake) held in Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Ltd., Thailand (PTL) through market transactions carried out on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since January 01, 2011. With these sales, the consolidated holding of Polyplex Group in PTL has reached 51.0%.
