Brilliant Securities Ltd has informed BSE that:
a. On the application made by the Company, the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has directed to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company for approval of Scheme of Arrangement between Stampede Holdings Limited (Transferor Company) and Brilliant Securities Limited (Transferee Company) on April 09, 2011.
b. The Board has considered the meeting to be held on April 09, 2011 for approval of the Shareholders for the increase in the Authorized Capital of the Company and for the change in the name of the Company subject to such approvals as may be required.
