Kosian Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2011, has taken the following decision:
- Company has decided to appoint Mr. Vipul Trivedi and Mr. Ketan Sorathiya as additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. March 11, 2011 and to accept the resignation from the Mr. Ranbir Singh Malik, Mr. Indrajeet Arya, and Mr. Kishorkumar Arya w.e.f. March 15, 2011.
