SRF Ltd: Board declares Second Interim Dividend

SRF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 26, 2011, have declared second interim dividend of 70% i.e. Rs. 7 per share on the equity capital of the Company. The dividend shall be paid on March 14, 2011.
