Asian Tea & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have entered into an agreement for acquisition of wind Mill power generation unit of 0.6MW capacity - Suzlon make) located at Kutch, Gujarat at a price consideration of approx. Rs. 2.25 crores.
