Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 26, 2011 has decided to cancel the Extra Ordinary General Meeting fixed for March 08, 2011 for shareholders approval to change the name of the Company.
The matter of change of name of the Company will be reviewed and taken up by the Board of Directors at appropriate time.
