Sriram,
in metastock, you should create another indicator for the moving average of the ADX (Mov(ADX(14),9,S). Plotting ADX and the moving average and watch the cross over of the ADX from below 20. Also plot a 34 period EMA on the price chart to determine the long or short trade.

Possibly one is the period and the other is the average line. But none of the systems permit the average line. What do I do?
