reliance is always reliance and any comparison with ioc is quite odd as ioc is a Govt controlled undertaking and decisions are made by babus dancing to the whims of petroleum ministry on political decisions which is never condusive for running the business.All of a sudden political decision will be made for subsidising the prices.
