Sagar Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2011, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and the year ended March 31, 2011.
The Board may also consider at the above said meeting recommendation of dividend at an appropriate rate for the year ended March 31, 2011.
