Arvind Ltd: Change in Directorate
Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that EXIM Bank has appointed Mr. Prabhakar Dalal as its Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effect from April 29, 2011 in place of Mr. R. W. Khanna.
