Indrayani Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish its Audited Financial Results for the entire Financial Year 2010-11, within 60 days from the end of the Financial Year.
Further, the Company will not publish its Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of the Financial Year 2010-11.
