1. Mr. Rajesh Ranjan, be appointed as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company subject to approval of General Meeting at ensuing AGM.
2.Mr. Shaahid Jamani appointed as independent director on the board.
3. Considered MOU executed by the company with MAGNAT TRADE INTERNATION COMPANY AT MADAGASCAR for its proposed mining project.
4. To consider amendment in object clause of Memorandum of association of the company to include mining and agricultural contract farming.
