With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 01, 2011, regarding Allotment of Equity Shares, Strides Arcolab Ltd has now informed BSE that there has a typographical error in mentioning the updated paid up capital.
Therefore the Company has inform that consequent to the allotment of 24,500 equity shares on conversion of employee stock options, the paid up capital of the Company is Rs. 577,691,710.00 consisting of 57,769,171 equity shares (instead of 57,769,671 equity shares as mentioned in the earlier letter).
