Polypro Fibrils India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 07, 2011, inter alia, to transact the following;
1. To consider the purchase of plot of land at Khapoli Pali Road, Khapoli for the development and construction of holiday homes, leisure park and studio.
2. To consider the change of Registered office
3. to consider the proposal of allotment of Equity shares and shares warrants on preferential basis to part finance the Khapoli Project.
4. to consider the proposal to raise bank finance to complete the above project.
5. to consider the appointment of additional independent director.
