Lords Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2011, unanimously approved, in-principle, amalgamation of Jagati Cokes Pvt. Ltd. with the Company and other connected matters.
The aforesaid Board decision is subject to further approval by the Shareholders of the Company and other competent authorities.
