With reference to the earlier announcement regarding disclosure of details u/r 3(3) dated March 10, 2011, made on behalf of seven acquirers representing the promoter group of Emami Infrastructure Ltd.
Further, Raj Kumar Goenka has informed that the proposed acquisition of equity shares of the Company has not taken place on March 17, 2011 and the same will take place on or before March 31, 2011.
