Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Arvind C. Dalal has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from February 21, 2011 on health grounds, to reduce his work burden.
Mr. Dalal, being an Independent Director, was member of 'Audit Committee' and 'Share Transfer and Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee' and also Chairman of the 'Remuneration Committee' of the Board of Directors of the Company.
The Company is taking steps to fill the vacancy so caused.
