Albright & Wilson Chemicals India Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board meeting held on February 23, 2011, Mr. D. D. Chopra resigned as Chairman of the Board and he also resigned as a member of the Board / Committees with effect from February 23, 2011 (at the close of the Board Meeting). The Board appointed Mr. D. D. Chopra as Chairman Emeritus.
Mr. S. N. Talwar, the Alternate Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.
