Rane (Madras) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2011 to July 19, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend.
The final dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders on July 25, 2011.
