1. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2011.

2. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting.

3. To approve the Notice of Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2010-2011.

4. To fix the book closure date.

5. To declare / recommend dividend (if any).
