Bell Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on May 28, 2011, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To receive, consider, approve and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at December 31, 2010, the Profit and Loss Account for the year (i.e. Nine months ended on that date and the Directors' Report on the working and activities of the Company and Auditors' Report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts.
2. To consider reappointment of M/s. S. R. Dinodia & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi as the Auditors of the Company and to fix their remuneration.
