Emporis Projects Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Emporis Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors after seeking requisite approvals and authorization from the Shareholders and Stock Exchange have in their Board meeting which was held on March 19, 2011 decided to allot Convertible Equity warrants to such applicants from whom the upfront money amounting to 25% of the total consideration have been received.
