Premier Ltd has submitted the disclosure under Regulation 8A of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 to BSE

The Company have been informed by M/s Doshi Holdings Pvt Ltd, the Promoter of the Company that, they have pledged 5,73,000 equity shares of the Company. The pledged shares represent 1.89% of the total paid-up capital of the Company. With this pledge, the total no of shares pledged works out to 1,28,23,100 shares i.e. 42.22% of the share capital of the Company.

The money raised against the pledged shares, has been provided to Premier Ltd to supplement its short term operating requirements.
